Circle Line 2008/09 Award
Circle Line is a unique opportunity for visual art graduates of the University of the Arts London.
The aim of the award is to allow the selected artists to develop their printmaking and graphic arts practise at two world-class print and digital media resource spaces: londonprintstudio and here, at London Printworks Trust.
As part of the award the graduates will be expected to deliver workshops and open studio events for young people and adults. The work produced during the award will culminate in an exhibition, online showcasing and publication.
The two graduates will be awarded a studio for a year, professional development training, mentoring, a £5,000 fee to conduct workshops and an exhibition to showcase the work produced during the year.
Circle Line is a project by Artquest in partnership with LPT, ACAVA, Cockpit Arts, londonprintstudio and is funded by University of the Arts London's Widening Participation unit.
