Pledge Allegiance to a Flag?

Three artists were commissioned to make new works about current attitudes towards national flags in multicultural Britain. Shonibare's Victorian Philanthropists' Parlour and Wallingers Oxymoron were chosen to represent Britain at the South African Biannale.
